Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666fe and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, including but not limited to:
Where the Platform is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
